Sell your property

Sell your house or apartment,
with support at every step.

Let’s start with your property, the price and your timeline. We then work with you to prepare each stage of the sale.

Preparing your sale

What price should you set
for your property?

Pricing, presentation and the listing date need to be considered together. We review your situation before deciding on the next steps.

Your property’s condition and location, together with your timeline, help us prepare a valuation and a sales strategy.

Start with an initial conversation.
Tell us the municipality, property type and when you would like to sell.

Frequently asked questions

Get ready
for your sale.

Valuation, documents, timelines and fees.

Which regions do you cover?

We cover the area from Geneva to Sion: Geneva, Nyon, Morges, Lausanne, the Riviera, Chablais, Martigny and Sion. Contact us to discuss your property in these areas.

Does requesting a valuation commit me to selling?

No. Requesting a valuation does not commit you to selling. Any agency mandate is covered by a separate agreement, with services and terms agreed with you.

What documents should I prepare for a valuation?

First, tell us the municipality, property type and approximate floor area. We will then explain which documents are useful: plans, renovation details and, where applicable, condominium ownership documents.

How long does it take to sell a property?

The time needed depends on the price, location, condition and demand. We discuss your preferred timeline and market conditions with you.

How are agency fees agreed?

Fees and services are set out in the agency mandate before you commit. Contact us to discuss the terms proposed for your property.

Do you handle sales of investment properties?

Investment properties are among the properties presented by Réseau Immobilier. Contact our team to discuss your building, your objectives and the information needed to assess it.

Your sale, your contact

Selling your property
also means understanding who can buy it.

An interested buyer is a start. Their financing then needs to be in place.

As a mortgage specialist and estate agent, I manage your sale with this in mind: setting an appropriate price, presenting your property effectively and reviewing buyers’ financing early enough to avoid unnecessary steps.

I have supported the sale of many buildings and houses. You deal directly with me, from our first meeting through to signing before the notary.

Practical experience

Three situations.
Work that goes beyond the listing.

Real examples from my experience, shared without addresses or client names to protect their privacy.

Selling before an auction

A client was facing a property auction. I negotiated a postponement with the bank, then helped sell the property before the auction.

My role: moving discussions with the bank and the marketing process forward within a tight timeframe.

Bringing together plots owned by three owners

I led discussions with three different owners to bring their plots together in a single land project.

My role: bringing the parties together and coordinating discussions around a coherent project.

Identifying development potential

Some owners were unaware that a change in planning rules made it possible to consider a building on their land. Highlighting this potential led to a significant increase in the sale price.

My role: highlighting the land’s potential when preparing and negotiating the sale.

These examples describe past transactions. Project feasibility, permissions and negotiation outcomes depend on the individual case.
